Custom/Personalised Orders Policy and Fees

In the event that we have to cancel a custom/personalised order as a result of customers not responding to our design approval emails, the refunded amount will be the full price paid minus £15 to cover the cost of generating the custom/personalised design. This is to ensure that our time is not wasted, as creating custom/personalised designs takes a lot of time and effort.

(Please note, this fee does NOT apply to customers who order a bag with a singular flag.

This fee will only apply to NEW dual flag designs; if we have already generated a specific dual flag design we will automatically proceed to the next stage of manufacturing.)

There has been a reoccurring issue where customers who order custom/personalised items are not responding to emails from us requesting for them to approve their custom/personalised design. We cannot process your order until you approve the design!

As a result of this we have had to cancel and refund orders which inconveniences us since we spend time generating designs, and we want to ensure that our customers are happy with their design before we begin manufacturing and dispatch the item(s).

To avoid your order being canceled, PLEASE ensure your email address and phone number is correct when placing your order. It is YOUR responsibility to check your emails (including junk/spam folder) and respond to our design approval request.
