Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service for all UK BouyonBaby purchases, and Royal Mail International Tracked for the rest of the world. Once the item has been sent you will be sent a tracking number straight away to your email and an URL for you to track your purchase order.

All purchases are subject to a delivery fee, depending on the size of your order and location. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

Free standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) will be applied to all orders over £80. Please note that your basket contents must amount to £80 in value or over in order to qualify for free UK postage. 

 

Large orders of over 10 items from our custom range may need to be managed privately. Please email us with your request and contact details and we will aim to respond within 48 hours.

 

Order Processing Time

At BouyonBaby, each custom order is handmade with the highest standards of quality, precision and care to meet your unique specifications. Please note the following details for all orders including custom orders: 

Standard Lead Time: The lead time for all orders is 15 working days only and we’re unable to process any orders sooner. 

 

Extended Lead Time: In rare cases where a custom order surpasses 15 working days from the date of payment, the customer has the right to cancel the order for a full refund.

 

Customer Notification: You will be notified when your order shipped once the item has been sent.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

​

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

​

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with the Royal Mail tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the Royal Mail Website.
