All bags are handmade to order, so processing/manufacturing can take up to 10 working days (not including postage time).
Personalised and custom bags take up to 15 days to process/manufacture (not including postage time).
Orders are posted via Royal Mail and should arrive within 3 working days for UK customers and 10 working days for international customers, once dispatched.
Once you have entered your desired flag name(s) into the personalised text box, we will then develop a design mockup that will be emailed to you within 2 days after your order.
You then have 3 working days to approve the design, then production begins.
If the design mockup is not approved, then the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Once manufacturing begins personalised bags with two flags cannot be cancelled.
Once dispatched, personalised bags cannot be returned or refunded.
Our Thigh Bags and Mini Belt Bags come with fully adjustable belts that can be removed and swapped out for a more comfortable/stylish belt that you already own.
Waist belts go up to approx. 110cm
Thigh belts go up to approx. 55cm (elasticated, will comfortably stretch to 75cm)
If you require longer belts, please contact us before placing your order and we will accommodate accordingly.
