REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products at BouyonBaby.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, we are happy to help you resolve the matter within 30 days of you receiving your order.

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of you receiving your order. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. We may ask you to send us photos and/or videos of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If no images or videos are sent of the item(s) then your return request will be denied.

Once your returned order has been sent to us and our inspection team can verify that your item(s) have been returned in the same condition, we will then process your refund. We have the right to withdraw from the refund process if the item(s) returned to us are damaged due to wear and tear, or if there is a fault with the item(s) that was not declared beforehand.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

With regards to cancelling your order, please note that we’re unable to cancel order for custom purchases after the payment has been made. However we are able to cancel items for single-flag items only within 15 days before the item has been shipped.
Please be advised once we have dispatched your order, we cannot make any changes or cancel .
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that clearance items and personalised orders are non-refundable. Statutory rights are not affected.
