How Do Custom Orders Work?
Please note, customers MUST approve the dual flag/customised design before manufacturing can begin (you will receive an e-mail within 48 hours after placing your order, asking you to approve design mock-up WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS).
If for any reason a dual flag design can not be created or the customer does not approve the design within 3 working days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
